Caring Nurses is an owner operated company. The Administrative team has successfully operated a nurse registry in South Florida for over 20+ years and live locally to ensure quality of care. Due to our experience in the industry and in the South Florida market we are able to overcome staffing challenges and find caregivers when other providers cannot. This is due to our reputation in the community, expertise and established relationships with caregivers. We go above and beyond to ensure both our caregivers and clients are pleased with their choices.

Our objective is to hire and match caring, competent and well-trained staff and independent contractors that are eager to provide services that meet the needs of the clients.
Matching Process
We match clients and caregivers based on their needs, personalities, preferences and availability. In order to ensure we have the highest quality caregivers available we provide level 2 Federal background checks with fingerprinting, Office of the Inspector General Exclusions Search, Sex Offender Screening, work reference checks and additional screenings for our client’s Peace of Mind and Safety. We also verify all caregivers are eligible to work legally in the United States.
