- 30 hour Infusion Therapy Certificate (LPN only)

Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants
- CNA License in Florida (or HHA certificate – 40 hour minimum)

- Alzheimer’s Training Certificate – 1 Hour

- Auto Insurance & Vehicle Registration – You must have your own transportation
- Valid CPR Card through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
